Q. What time is check-in/check-out?
A. Check-in is 4pm. Check -out is 12 noon
Q. How do I make a reservation?
A. Simply call Las Palomas Resort Reservations at 1-866-623-9228 or
1-866-460-1986 and request to stay in condo A606 in the Diamante building. The
reservation host will immediately book you in this condo and then send you an email
confirmation. You must specifically request to stay in this condo or you may assigned
elsewhere in the complex.
Q. Do I have to pay a security deposit?
A. No, but at the time of check-in the front desk will ask for your credit card for security
purposes. The renter is liable for any damages or missing property. The credit card also
allows you to charge incidentals to your room.
Q. What can I charge to my room?
A. You will be given a guest card with a portfolio number on it that allows you to charge
any purchase at the resort including pool bar, restaurant, room service, telephone, mini
store/deli. Upon check out, you will be liable for any charges you made to your room or any
damage done to the condominium.
Q. Is there a cleaning fee?
A. No, daily housekeeping services are included in your rent.
Q. Can I bring my pet?
A. No, guests pets are not permitted.
Q. Is condo Diamante #606 a smoking unit?
A. No, the condo is ALWAYS NON-SMOKING.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. The cancellation policy will come from Las Palomas and will be included on your
confirmation.
NO refunds will be given within 48 hours of scheduled check-in.
Q. Where do I get the key for the condo?
A. When you check-in at the main lobby of the resort you will be given a keyless electronic
entry card for your condo.
Q. Are beach towels available for us to use?
A. Yes, you will be given a "towel card" at the front desk. Take this card to the towel stand at
the main pool where you will be able to check out pool towels for use while you are staying
at the resort.
Q. Is there a telephone in the condo?
A. Yes, you will have access to the unit telephone for local and international calls for an
additional fee payable at check out to the front desk.
Q. Is there Internet access in the suite?
A. Yes, you can hook up to the high speed Internet.
Q. Is condo #A606 "kid friendly"?
A. YES!! The condo is stocked with a variety of board games, books, playing cards and poker
chips, as well as an extensive collection of DVD & VHS movies.
